These efforts are in line with what is stated in trade liberalization, namely reducing restrictions on trade, both in the form of tariff and non-tariff policies. Among several free international trade policies that have been ratified by Indonesia, there are two policies that have the potential to be optimized in order to get maximum benefits, namely the ASEAN China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) and the ASEAN Korea Free Trade Area (AKFTA). The purpose of this research is to analyze international trade on ACFTA and AKFTA policies. Where this study uses a qualitative research design with a descriptive approach method and the data used in this study are secondary data derived from previous research, publications originating from various government agencies both offline and online, as well as other supporting documents. The results of this study indicate that the ACFTA free trade policy was signed on November 4 2002 and its implementation began in January 2010 on the AKFTA was signed on August 24 2006, between the two free trade agreements each emphasizing the elimination of tariffs for 80% of goods traded. traded, protecting market access and ensuring a more transparent environment for investors for AKFTA, as well as the elimination of tariffs for 94.6% of all tariff lines for exports from Indonesia to China.</p> Riady Ibnu Khaldun Copyright (c) 2024 Riady Ibnu Khaldun https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-01-01 2024-01-01 7 1 11 19 10.29407/jse.v7i1.242 The Effect of Learning Behavior on the Level of Understanding of Accounting with Emotional Intelligence as a Moderating Variable https://jiped.org/index.php/JSE/article/view/484 <p>This study aims to investigate whether understanding in accounting can be affected by learning behavior patterns. In addition, this study also aims to identify a possible relationship between learning behavior patterns and the level of understanding in accounting, taking into account the moderating effect of emotional intelligence. The method used in this study was convenience sampling, with a total sample of 86 respondents who were students of the Accounting study program at Sarjaniwiyata Tamansiswa University. The data taken for this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire containing the responses from the respondents. The analysis technique applied is path analysis, where learning behavior serves as the independent variable, the level of understanding of accounting as the dependent variable, and emotional intelligence as the moderator variable. The results of the analysis show that learning behavior has the potential to influence the level of understanding of accounting. In addition, emotional intelligence also has the potential to moderate the influence between learning behavior and learning interest on the level of understanding of accounting. This study aims to analyze whether the number of employment in large industries is affected by investment. This research applies quantitative methods and time series data analysis processed with the help of Stata. The research was conducted in one of the provinces in East Java, namely Sidoarjo Regency with a limited range of years between 2010 and 2021. The type of data applied is secondary data obtained through the Sidoarjo Regency Communication and Information Office. The results indicate that investment positively and significantly affects labor absorption. This means that an increase in investment increases labor absorption. The greater the investment, the higher the employment. Suggestions for future researchers are to use a wider scope of research data, such as the scope of Indonesia. In addition, it can expand the category of variables on the effect on educated, trained, uneducated, and unskilled labor.</p> Dita Putri Eka Wahyuni Kukuh Arisetyawan Lucky Rachmawati Ladi Wajuba Perdini Fisabilillah Copyright (c) 2024 Dita Putri Eka Wahyuni, Kukuh Arisetyawan, Lucky Rachmawati, Ladi Wajuba Perdini Fisabilillah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 2024-01-01 2024-01-01 7 1 63 71 10.29407/jse.v7i1.521 Analisis Efektivitas Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Ekspor, Investasi Asing Langsung, Tenaga Kerja dan Inflasi terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Tahun 2008 – 2021 (Studi Kasus : 8 Negara ASEAN) https://jiped.org/index.php/JSE/article/view/483 <p>Economic growth is the increase in the production level of an economy measured through national income, including components such as government expenditure, exports, foreign direct investment, labor force, and inflation reflected in the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Another factor faced by PT. Arina Parama Jaya is a decline in employee morale in achieving predetermined targets. There is a tendency for some employees to be lazy and come late and take the tasks given to them for granted. The impact of this behavior cannot be underestimated, as it includes more than just reduced productivity. This can also affect the company's image, because a company's reputation is formed from the quality of service and commitment to excellence. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The population and sample are all 104 employees. The data analysis technique for this research uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application. PLS. The research results can be concluded that work enthusiasm, work discipline and work culture have a significant positive influence on employee work productivity. High morale motivates employees to give their best in their work, while good work discipline helps increase efficiency and reduce the level of negligence.
