This often causes financial problems, even for someone with adequate income, due to being less responsible in managing their finances. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of financial literacy, self-efficacy, and gender differences on individual financial behavior in the Generation Z group, especially students of Jember City Colleges. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The number of samples used was 398 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. To analyze the relationship between the variables in this study, a multiple linear regression technique was used. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that the three variables had a positive and significant effect on financial behavior. Financial literacy has a positive effect of 1.022, self-efficacy of 0.109, gender of 0.199 with a sig value of all variables of 0.00 or &lt;0.05. The increasing number of tourists visiting this destination shows the need to understand the factors that play a role in building visitor loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on tourists who have visited Gunung Rante. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the decision to revisit. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Based on the Lemeshow formula, the minimum number of samples needed in this study was 96 respondents. The results showed that accessibility plays a significant role in tourists' decisions to return. Adequate infrastructure, such as good roads, easy transportation, and clear signs, contribute to travel comfort. Based on the test, accessibility (X₁) has a significant effect. Tourism experience (X₂) also has a significant effect. Tourist satisfaction (X₃) shows a positive impact. Thus, the better the accessibility, tourism experience, and satisfaction obtained, the higher the likelihood of tourists to revisit Gunung Rante.</p> M. Financial health is very important so that basic needs can be met properly through proper budget management. Understanding financial management is considered very important lately for individuals in managing income, monitoring expenses, investing, and planning finances for the future so that it affects their financial and social well-being. This study aims to gain an understanding of the influence of parental income, financial literacy, and locus of control on the management of financial behavior of students in Jember City. Data testing uses multiple linear regression. The sample taken consists of 180 students in Jember City. The sample was taken using probability sampling through the stratified random sampling method. Due to a number of difficult challenges, many business owners decided to stop their businesses. Several factors that are suspected to be the main causes of this problem are lack of innovation, low creativity in product development, and less than optimal digital marketing. This study aims to analyze the impact of motivation, creativity, innovation, and digital marketing on the sustainability of cafe businesses in Sumbersari District, Jember Regency. The methodology applied in this study is quantitative, where data is collected through questionnaires and data analysis is carried out using multiple linear regression. The number of samples used is 125 respondents with the probability sampling method. This study applies a qualitative descriptive method to describe facts and data related to marketing communication strategies, which are analyzed based on the theory of marketing mix, persuasive communication, and integrated marketing communication. Data were obtained from interviews, direct observation, and document collection. The main informants were agents, property owners and buyers. Meanwhile, the data validity test was carried out through triangulation. Based on the results of the study, the marketing strategy implemented by Brighton Real Estate Indonesia has integrated most of the elements in the marketing mix. The company's focus is seen in providing quality products, competitive price offers, aggressive promotions, strategic location selection, and communication approaches in the form of advertising and direct education to potential consumers. Using variables such as fintech payments, lifestyle, and the overall educational environment, this study will examine personal financial management at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember. Overall, 380 people were part of this quantitative study. To analyze the data, SPSS 28 was used along with multiple linear regression. The rise of online markets has changed the way consumers shop, shifting from traditional face-to-face transactions to online purchases. This study aims to investigate and examine how Shopee Live, online customer feedback, and video content marketing influence consumer purchasing choices related to products offered by Aneka Jersey. With a sample of 170 participants, this study uses an associative quantitative method. Data collection was mostly done through questionnaires, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a purposeful sampling approach. In data analysis, this study used various stages, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, conducting multiple linear regression analysis, conducting hypothesis testing, and calculating the coefficient of determination. The research findings show that Shopee Live, online customer reviews, and video content marketing positively and significantly influence purchasing choices related to Aneka Jersey products. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia pada Tahun 2019 - 2024 https://jiped.org/index.php/JSE/article/view/1209 <p>The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of PT. Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia during the period 2019 to 2024 with a focus on assessing efficiency and financial stability. Efficiency and financial stability are measured based on financial ratio analysis including profitability ratio (Return on Asset/ROA) and activity ratio (Total Asset Turnover/TATO) to assess efficiency, while financial stability is assessed through the solvency ratio (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER) and liquidity ratio (Current Ratio). This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and is analyzed quantitatively descriptively to obtain a comprehensive picture of the company's financial condition for six years. The results of the study show that asset utilization efficiency (ROA) fluctuated, decreased but then recovered in 2024. An increase in TATO indicates an improvement in efficiency in generating income from company assets. The company's capital structure is relatively stable with a low DER. The liquidity ratio (Current Ratio) shows a good ability to meet short-term obligations, despite a significant spike in 2022. This study concludes that the financial performance of PT. Social media offers great opportunities for MSMEs to grow and develop amidst fierce competition. Pisang Goreng Ny Ani is a micro-scale food business, which is currently a popular snack in Malang which was established in 2024. The purpose of the study was to determine the direct and indirect influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Social Media Marketing on purchasing decisions for MSME products through Brand Image. The research sample was 100 consumers of Pisang Goreng Ny Ani using the Hair et al formula and the Accidental Sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple regression and path analysis. The results showed that celebrity endorsement and social media marketing had a strong influence on purchasing decisions where the significance was 0.009 and 0.015 respectively. Celebrity endorsement and social media marketing have an influence on brand image with a significance of 0.000 and 0.003. Brand image mediates the variables celebrity endorsement and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. However, its distribution is still predominantly consumptive and has not been optimal in improving the welfare of mustahik. This study aims to determine the marketing communication management carried out by the Indonesian Zakat Initiative (IZI) Yogyakarta in the "Lapak Berkah" program in collaboration with the Baitul Maal Foundation (YBM) PLN UP3 Yogyakarta. This program distributes productive zakat in the form of business capital assistance to mustahik. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation to evaluate the effectiveness of the communication strategy implemented. The results of the study indicate that the marketing communication management implemented by IZI is effective in delivering the program to mustahik. Success factors include intensive communication, ongoing mentoring, and transparency in the selection process. This program not only provides financial assistance, but also equips mustahik with business skills, so that they can improve their standard of living. The research method used is quantitative (explanatory research), namely research that highlights the relationship between variables and tests hypotheses that have been formulated external conflict. The population in this study were all employees of Bank BRI Kanca Bengkulu totaling 80 employees and using saturated sampling techniques. The application of multiple linear regression methods was used because the variables used were more than one that had one dependent variable. This analysis is to determine whether there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study showed that the significance value &lt;0.10 &lt;0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (2.648 is greater than 1.990), the results of the regression analysis showed that Self Efficacy (X1) had a significant effect on performance (Y). With a sig value of 0.720 &gt; 0.05 and tcount is smaller than ttable ((0.360 is smaller than 1.990), organizational culture X2 does not have a significant impact on employee performance. With a sig value &lt; 0.001 &lt; 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (6.206 is greater than 1.990), soft skills (X3) have a significant impact on employee performance. Thus, Fcount 156.031 is greater than Ftable 2.73. This study uses the dividend payout ratio to measure dividend policy, asset growth to measure company growth, and current ratio to analyze liquidity. This study uses a quantitative methodology with panel data regression. The sample includes 192 research data points from 32 purposefully selected organizations. The findings indicate that companies with rapid growth prefer to retain earnings to finance expansion, and this has a negative and significant impact on dividend policy. However, liquidity has a beneficial and significant impact on dividend policy, indicating that businesses with high levels of liquidity are more prepared to pay dividends regularly. The impact of using BRI Mobile on customer loyalty at BRI KC Blitar. How strong is the influence of service quality and the use of mobile banking on customer loyalty of BRI KC Blitar. The research approach uses quantitative research, for data analysis cross-sectional data and multiple linear regression analysis models are used to calculate the results of the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. When viewed from the value of the importance of the service quality variable, the t table is 0.000 &lt;0.05, namely 3.684&gt; 1.65, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The use of mobile banking has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. It can be measured by the significance value of the satisfaction variable of 0.009 t table or 2.640 (1%) &lt;1.65. H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Service quality and the use of BRI Mobile have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on customer loyalty. Judging from the significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.05 and obtained the calculated F value&gt; F table which is 13.210&gt; 3.05. This study uses a quantitative approach with an online survey method through a questionnaire. The population is Generation Z men aged between 15-28 years in the Jabodetabek area and samples were collected from 174 respondents who have experience using skincare or not. The data analysis technique uses Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) with the help of AMOS software. The results showed that Social Media Use has a positive effect on Self-Image Concerns, and Self-Image Concerns has a positive effect on Men's Skincare Purchase Intention. However, the variables Skin Health Concerns, Masculinity, and Perception Regarding Skincare have no effect on Men's Skincare Purchase Intention. Self-image formation through social media is the main factor that drives Gen Z men to buy skincare products. However, the level of interest is still relatively low, which is often caused by lack of funds, fear of failure, and the time needed to launch and operate a company is very short. The purpose of this study was to investigate how students' interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember is influenced by their entrepreneurial knowledge, motivation, and creativity. By distributing questionnaires, this study used survey techniques and quantitative approaches. Purposive sampling procedures and proportional stratified random sampling were used to select 200 respondents as samples from a total population of 8,362 students. Multiple linear regression was used to examine the data after the classical assumptions were tested. According to the results of the study, students' interest in entrepreneurship at the University of Muhammadiyah Jember is positively and significantly influenced by three independent variables, namely entrepreneurial knowledge, entrepreneurial motivation, and creativity.</p> M. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dampak <em>Social Media Marketing</em>, persepsi label halal, dan gaya hidup pada keputusan pembelian produk Azarine pada konsumen Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya. Dalam riset ini, pendekatan kuantitatif diimplementasikan dengan strategi penarikan sampel <em>non-probabilitas</em>, khususnya teknik <em>purposive sampling</em>. Sebanyak 160 responden dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Pengolahan data menggunakan <em>software</em> SmartPLS 3. 0, dengan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa <em>Social Media Marketing</em> berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian serta memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi terhadap persepsi label halal. Persepsi label halal juga terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, gaya hidup menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Seluruh jalur yang dianalisis menunjukkan efek yang signifikan. The types of social assistance programs used are BPNT, KIP, and KIS as independent variables and HDI as the dependent variable. The types of social assistance programs taken are in line with the Human Development Index indicators according to UNDP, namely indicators of healthy living, well-educated, and having a good standard of living. The analysis of this study uses saturated samples using districts/cities in Papua Province, namely 29 districts/cities. This study uses multiple linear regression methods accompanied by classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT) has a positive and significant impact on the Human Development Index (HDI). Secondary data from 208 annual financial reports of companies in the trade, services, and investment sectors for the period 2021–2023 are used as panel data and analyzed using multiple linear regression, with Return on Assets (ROA) as a performance indicator. The results of the study indicate that managerial ownership and foreign ownership have no effect on company performance. Theoretically, these results indicate that ownership structure is not the main factor in driving performance, thus contributing to the development of governance theory in developing countries. The Independent Entrepreneurship Program (WMK) is one of the government's efforts to form an entrepreneurial ecosystem in the university environment. However, the level of student interest in actually entering the business world still varies. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation, and social support on entrepreneurial interest in students participating in the WMK Program. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory approach and saturated sampling technique, with a total of 371 respondents participating in the 2024 Pandalungan WMK Program. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression, and partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) tests. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurial competence, entrepreneurial motivation and social support have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship. This is rooted in the importance of human resource management in education, where professional and productive employees are the key to achieving organizational goals. At SMKN 20 Samarinda, there are two factors that are considered to be able to influence employee performance, namely incentive systems and organizational culture. The right incentive system is expected to increase work motivation, while a positive organizational culture can create a conducive work environment to support optimal performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to 72 employees as respondents. The collected data are analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Before the regression analysis is carried out, the validity and reliability of the instrument are tested to ensure the validity of the data. In addition, normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests are carried out to ensure the validity of the regression assumptions. This study aims to analyze the influence of gender, self-efficacy, financial knowledge, and pocket money on personal finance in college students in Jember. This study uses quantitative research methods and uses questionnaire survey techniques on 100 students from various universities. The data collection tool was a questionnaire and the analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self-efficacy and financial knowledge have a significant influence on student financial management, while gender and pocket money do not have a significant influence on student financial management. This indicates that self-efficacy and financial understanding are more decisive than demographic factors and the amount of money received. This study suggests the need for applicable financial education to improve students' financial literacy and confidence in managing their finances. The approach used is quantitative descriptive with saturated sampling technique, involving 400 student respondents. To analyze the relationship between variables, this study uses multiple linear regression method to determine how much influence each independent variable has on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a significance value of 0.001 and a t count of 8.574, which is greater than the t table of 1.966. Self-efficacy also shows a significance of 0.001 with a t count of 10.208&gt; t table. Likewise, social support has a significance value of 0.001 and a t count of 4.247&gt; t table. These findings indicate that the three independent variables have a significant positive influence on increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to provide important contributions in the development of entrepreneurship policies, especially in the academic environment of Jember Regency.</p> M. The staff's ability to effectively address guest needs is crucial. Hotels that consistently maintain quality tend to build customer loyalty. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of non-physical working conditions, incentives, and training programs on employee performance at the Royal Jember Hotel. The method used in this study is an associative quantitative approach, involving 50 respondents selected through a non-probability sampling technique using the saturation method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to participants. The stages of data analysis include testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, evaluating classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and calculating the coefficient of determination to measure the contribution of independent variables to the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that the variables of the non-physical working environment, incentives, and training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Royal Jember Hotel. The phenomenon of exchange rate fluctuations has more or less affected the company's performance in both the short and long term. This study aims to identify the company's financial health before the potential for bankruptcy arises. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods, this study collected data through interviews and documentation. The object of the study was the annual financial report of PT YKP for the 2020-2025 period. The data analysis tool used Microsoft Excel with the Modified Altman Z-Score formula model that uses 4 (four) financial ratios, namely the Working Capital to Total Assets Ratio, the Retained Earnings to Total Assets Ratio, the Earnings Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets Ratio, and the Equity to Total Liabilities Ratio. The calculation results will show the category of the company being in a safe condition, a gray zone, and in a difficult condition. This study attempts to evaluate the economic aspects of the implementation of agroforestry within the framework of sustainable development in Indonesia, which includes funding sources and agroforestry financing schemes, as well as the economic and environmental impacts of its implementation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of agroforestry requires a large initial investment of 5 to 15 million rupiah per hectare. However, operational costs tend to be lower compared to monoculture farming because it allows for more efficient and sustainable land use. The implementation of agroforestry provides long-term economic benefits through increased farmer income and diversification of income sources. The impact on the environment is an efficient use of energy, improving soil quality, reducing carbon emissions, increasing productivity and land market value. The data used to support this study were primarily derived from an online survey administered to participants. Using the SmartPLS version 4.0 application, the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). This study found that knowing how to manage money has a positive and substantial impact on how people use Shopee Paylater. Shopee Paylater usage is positively and significantly influenced by Paylater benefits. Furthermore, it influences behavior when using Shopee Paylater and has a positive and substantial impact on Locus of Control. Shopee Paylater benefits from financial knowledge, but locus of control does little to mitigate its impact. PLN Indonesia Power UBP Mahakam. The background of this study is that challenges are still found in achieving optimal performance even though the company has made efforts to improve job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling method of 50 active employees. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and interviews, then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, and t-tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient value of 0.758 and a significance value of 0.000 &lt;0.005, which means that the higher the job satisfaction, the higher the employee performance. The income from parking user charges in Malang City has an upward trend each year. On the other hand, the management of parking user charges is very complicated because it involves several actors, both formal and informal. This research aims at finding out the mechanism for managing parking user charges and the role of the actors involved. This research uses qualitative method. Data collection was carried out using primary and secondary surveys through interviews and observations. The result shows that the parking implementation in Malang City is not supported by the regulations that in depth discuss about the mechanism for collecting and depositing the parking user charges. It is evidenced by the lack of mayoral regulations concerning parking management in Malang City. This study also discusses the extent to which the program contributes to community welfare and its relationship to climate change issues. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and questionnaires distributed to village government officials, program implementers, and beneficiaries in the community. The findings indicate that the allocation of Village Funds for food security has consistently met the minimum requirement of 20% annually. The implemented programs include seed procurement, irrigation system construction, fish farming in ponds, nutrition garden management, and chicken farming. These initiatives have had a positive impact in terms of increasing local food availability, meeting the nutritional needs of vulnerable groups (such as pregnant women and children at risk of stunting), and efficient use of village funds. Furthermore, this local potential-based food security approach is considered to have the potential to contribute to climate change mitigation efforts, including through more local and sustainable food consumption patterns. Land conversion into fishery ponds, salt ponds, and settlements is a major problem. In recent decades, a new problem has emerged regarding land conversion into seaweed cultivation areas, which also has a major impact on the increasing rate of mangrove forest degradation. This study aims to assess the economic and environmental value of mangrove forest areas that have been converted into seaweed cultivation areas. The study location is in the Pa'baeng-baeng Neighborhood, Bontorannu Village, Jeneponto Regency. The research method is descriptive and quantitative analysis by analyzing descriptive data obtained in the field using an analysis of the calculation of the economic value of mangrove forest areas or the economic valuation of mangrove forests. The results show that the total economic value of mangrove forest areas that have been converted into seaweed cultivation areas is IDR 296,633,850 with a total mangrove forest area of 0.1167 or IDR 21,105,105,906/ha. The total economic value is derived from several benefits derived from mangrove forests, including direct benefits, indirect benefits, option value, and existence value. The conclusion is that a mangrove forest area, if properly managed, will generate significant total economic value.
